S.L. 386.30 Art. 7Duty of the Registrar and effects of registration.

On the registration of the memorandum and articles, if any, and the fulfilment of the requirements set out in Part II and Part

III of these regulations, the Registrar shall certify under his hand that the company is registered in accordance with these regulations, and the company shall come into existence and shall be authorised to commence business as from the date of registration, which date shall be indicated in the certificate of registration.
