S.L. 386.30 Art. 5Objects of agricultural company.

Without prejudice to article 77(3) of the Act, the objects of a company shall be limited to the carrying out of one (1) or more agricultural activities:

Provided that the objects of a company may also include activities which are ancillary to the carrying out of such agricultural activities.
