S.L. 386.27 Art. 5Procedures and formalities.

(1) Where Malta is the departure jurisdiction, these regulations shall govern those parts of the procedures and formalities to be complied with in connection with the cross‐border conversion in order to obtain the pre-conversion certificate.

(2) Where Malta is the destination jurisdiction, these regulations shall govern those parts of the procedures and formalities to be complied with following receipt of the pre-conversion certificate.
