S.L. 386.26 Art. 19Effect of pre- division certificate.

A pre-division certificate issued by the Registrar following the Registrar’s review in accordance with regulation 18, shall attest to compliance by the Maltese company being divided with all relevant conditions and to the proper completion of all procedures and formalities in terms of these regulations.
