S.L. 386.25 Art. 17Storage of documents and  information. 

All documents and information submitted to the Registrar for registration as part of the formation of a company, the registration of a branch, and any other filing by a company or branch, shall be stored in the register in a machine-readable and searchable format or as structured data.
