S.L. 386.25 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Companies Act (Use of Digital Tools and Processes) Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose Directive

(EU) 2019/1151 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 amending Directive (EU) 2017/1132 as regards the use of digital tools and processes in company law, and they shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
