S.L. 386.22 Art. 3Scope and application.

(1) The Act shall, subject to the provisions of these regulations, and unless the context otherwise requires, apply exclusively to a cell company carrying out relevant activities.

(2) In so far as the provisions of the Act are inconsistent with the provisions of these regulations or of any other legislation applicable in terms of these regulations, the provisions of these regulations and of any such legislation shall prevail and the provisions of the Act shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, not apply to a cell company.
