(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in Lm5,000,000 6.5% Malta Government Stock 2000 (IV) an additional issue of Lm5,500,000 6.5% Malta Government Stock 2000 (IV) be issued thus bringing the amount of 6.5% Malta Government Stock 2000 (IV) created by means of Legal Notice 115

of 1995 to a total amount of Lm10,500,000.

(2) This additional amount shall be allotted to those applicants who have already applied to subscribe to this stock by the 26th September, 1995.
