(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in Lm10,000,000 6% Malta Government Stock 1998 (VI) an additional issue of Lm7,600,000 6% Malta Government Stock 1998

(VI) be issued thus bringing the amount of 6% Malta Government Stock 1998 (VI) created by means of Legal Notice 114 of 1995 to a total amount of Lm17,600,000.

(2) This additional amount shall be allotted to those applicants who have already applied to subscribe to this stock by the 26th September, 1995.
