S.L. 378.5 Art. 2Display of price-lists.

(1) Every owner or other person responsible for the running of any bar or kiosk shall ensure that price-lists of meals, snacks and other items of food or drink shall be prominently displayed, in case of a bar at the entrance, and in the case of a kiosk on the outside of such kiosk in a manner which is easily noticeable by the customers.

(2) For the purposes of this regulation:

(a) the term "bar" also includes school tuck-shops and snack bars situated within factory premises;

(b) the term "kiosk" also includes any movable sales outlet, in which case the price-list shall be fixed in a prominent place thereof.
