S.L. 378.17 Art. 25Imperative nature of the regulations.

(1) If the law applicable to the contract is the law of a Member State, consumers may not waive the rights conferred on them by these regulations.

(2) Any contractual terms which directly or indirectly waive or restrict the rights resulting from these regulations shall not be binding on the consumer.
