S.L. 378.17 Art. 19Scope.

(1) Regulations 20 and 22 shall apply to sales contracts other than to contracts for the supply of water, gas or electricity, where they are not put up for sale in a limited volume or set quantity, or the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.

(2) Regulations 21, 23 and 24 shall apply to sales and service contracts and to contracts for the supply of water, gas, electricity, or digital content.
