S.L. 378.12 Art. 11Right to receive copy of agreement.

(1) The consumer shall be entitled to receive, free of charge, and upon request, a copy of the draft consumer credit agreement.

(2) Sub-regulation (1) does not apply if the creditor is, at the time of the consumer’s request, unwilling to proceed to the conclusion of the credit agreement with the consumer.

(3) On conclusion of the consumer credit agreement, all contracting parties shall be entitled to receive, a copy of the final agreement.
