Any person who feels aggrieved by a decision and, or measure taken by the MFSA pursuant to these regulations or any

Credit Intermediaries’ Rules issued thereunder, may appeal against the decision and, or measure to the Financial Services Tribunal within such period and under such conditions as established under the Malta Financial Services Authority Act.
