S.L. 378.10 Art. 13Collection and processing of data.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the Data Protection Act, personal data obtained from a consumer or any other person in connection with the conclusion and management of any credit agreement may only be processed for the purpose of assessing the consumer’s creditworthiness or of any such other person and their ability to repay in accordance with these regulations.
