S.L. 378.10 Art. 11Agreement to change the total amount of credit.

If the parties agree to change the total amount of credit after the conclusion of the credit agreement, the creditor shall:

(a) update the financial information at his disposal concerning the consumer; and

(b) re-assess the consumer’s creditworthiness, before the total amount of credit is significantly increased.
