S.L. 376.9 Art. 14Right to receive copy of the credit agreement.

(1) The consumer shall be entitled to receive, free of a charge, and upon request, a copy of the draft consumer credit agreement.

(2) Sub-regulation (1) shall not apply if the creditor is, at the time of the consumer’s request, unwilling to proceed with the conclusion of the credit agreement with the consumer.

(3) Upon conclusion of the consumer credit agreement, all contracting parties shall be entitled to receive a copy of the final credit agreement.
