S.L. 376.11 Art. 9Compliance and ongoing obligations.

(1) The credit intermediary shall ensure that it complies on an ongoing basis with any applicable provisions of the

Acts, the CCD Regulations, and any applicable regulations and any Credit Intermediaries Rules issued thereunder, including these regulations, and with any other applicable law.

(2) The credit intermediary shall pay such annual admission fee as may be prescribed.
