S.L. 376.10 Art. 35Independent debt advisory services.

(1) Independent debt advisory services shall be referred by creditors to consumers experiencing difficulties in meeting their financial commitments.

(2) For the purposes of fulfilling the obligation established in sub-regulation (1), creditors shall have processes and policies in place for the early detection of consumers experiencing financial difficulties.
