S.L. 373.3 Art. 5Issueofprocedures and guidance.

The Unit may issue procedures and guidance as may be necessary for the purpose of prescribing anything required under these regulations and to ensure the proper functioning of the register, with any such procedures being binding on credit and financial institutions.
