S.L. 372.14 Art. 34Terminal payments.

Where any payment of emoluments to a payee represents and includes amounts payable on the termination of a contract giving rise to the payment of emoluments, the amount so payable shall be subject to tax deduction in accordance with rule 6 and/or rule 10, and the provisions of rule 11 shall not apply.
