S.L. 372.14 Art. 12Termination of contract and deceased payees.

The provisions contained in rule 6 shall likewise apply:

(a) where emoluments, other than pensions, are paid to a payee after the termination of the relative contract under which such emoluments are due;

(b) in the event of any emoluments accruing to an individual being payable at any time after his death to his heirs or his legal representative, as if the deceased individual were still alive and payment was being made to him, notwithstanding any obligation laid upon the payer under any other law.
