A notice or other document to be given, provided or served under these regulations shall be deemed to have been duly given or served on a person if the requirements of article 187(1) and (4) of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure are complied with:

Provided that a notice or other document may in all cases be served by means of a judicial act, in which case the relevant provisions of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure shall apply.
