(1) A member shall provide the Scheme with an SCV

report:

(a) within three months of first accepting deposits;

(b) within three months of a material change in the member‘s SCV system;

(c) annually by not later than the 30th June of each calendar year;

(d) promptly upon request by the Scheme.

(2) The information required to be provided in an SCV report pursuant to sub-regulation (1) shall include such data and shall be in such format and meet such technical requirements as shall be published from time to time by the Scheme by notice on its website. The publication of such notice on the Scheme’s website shall be binding on members.

(3) Every member shall have a contingency plan in place so that, in the event of its failure, it retains adequate resources in order to provide the Scheme with any relevant information required by it for repayment to depositors.
