S.L. 371.18 Art. 6Revision of the list of the most representative services linked to a payment account.

(1) Upon the European Commission adopting any change to the regulatory technical standards setting out the EU

standardised terminology, the competent authority shall update the list of the most representative services linked to a payment account and publish on its website such updated list without delay, and at the latest within three months of entry into force of the changes adopted by the European Commission to the regulatory technical standards setting out the EU standardised terminology.

(2) Payment service providers shall adopt and use the updated list of the most representative services linked to a payment account published by the competent authority in accordance with sub-regulation (1).
