S.L. 371.12 Art. 28Repurchase agreements.

Without prejudice to regulations 68 and 71 of the Recovery and Resolution Regulations, and to regulation 26 of these regulations, repurchase agreements shall be governed solely by the law of the contract which governs such agreements.
