S.L. 371.12 Art. 21Contracts in connection with immovable property.

The effects of a reorganisation measure or winding-up proceedings of a credit institution on a contract conferring the right to make use of or acquire immovable property situated within the territory of a Member State or EEA State are to be governed in accordance with the law of that Member State or EEA State.
