S.L. 371.11 Art. 23Liquidity supervision.

Until the date on which the liquidity coverage requirement becomes applicable in accordance with a delegated act adopted by the European Commission pursuant to Article 460 of the CRR in terms of Article 151 of the CRD, where Malta is the host Member State, the competent authority shall, pending further coordination, retain responsibility in cooperation with the European regulatory authorities of the home Member State for the supervision of the liquidity of branches of credit institutions authorised in other Member States, which are established in Malta.
