S.L. 371.11 Art. 1Citation.

(1) The title of these regulations is the European Passport Rights for Credit Institutions Regulations.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement Articles 3 (in part), 33 to 46, 49, 50, 52, 151 to 157 and 159 of the CRD.

(3) In the event that any of the provisions of these regulations conflict with the provisions of the CRD, the latter shall prevail.
