S.L. 370.53 Art. 7Establishment of a register by the competent authority.

The competent authority shall establish a register of all

Special Limited Partnership Funds. This register, which shall be publicly available, shall also include the following information and shall be updated on a regular basis:

(a) the name of the Special Limited Partnership Fund;

(b) the principal office in Malta of the Special Limited Partnership Fund; and PARTNERSHIP FUNDS)

(c) the name of the general partner, be it one (1) general partner or more than one (1) such partner, and the address of the said general partner.
