S.L. 370.53 Art. 33Non-applicability of other legislative instruments. Cap. 16.   S.L. 16.17.

(1) Title V of Part I of Book Second, Title X of Part II

of Book Second and Title III of the Second Schedule of the Civil Code shall not apply to Special Limited Partnership Funds and to property held therein.

(2) For the avoidance of any doubt, the provisions of the

Civil Code (Second Schedule) (Register of Beneficial Owners –

Associations) Regulations shall apply to Special mutatis mutandis Limited Partnership Funds.
