A general partner acting on behalf of the Special Limited

Partnership Fund may establish one (1) or more companies or other structures of a corporate or unincorporate nature for the purpose of investing and holding assets on behalf of the Special Limited Partnership Fund in accordance with the Partnership Agreement.
