S.L. 370.52 Art. 1Citation, commencement and applicability.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Investment

Services Act (Fees) Regulations.

(2) The provisions of these regulations shall come into force on the 1st January 2025.

(3) These regulations shall apply to fees falling due on or after the coming into force of these regulations.
