S.L. 370.48 Art. 11Right of appeal.    Cap. 370.

Subject to the provisions of the Act, any person in respect of whom a decision is taken by the competent authority under these regulations may appeal to the Financial Services Tribunal in terms of article 19 of the Investment Services Act.
