S.L. 370.45 Art. 1Title and scope.
(1) The title of these regulations is the Appointment of the Competent Authority (Investment Firms Regulation and Investment Firms Directive) Regulations.
(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement point
(7) of Article 4(1) of the Investment Firms Regulation and transpose point (5) of Article 3(1) and Article 4(1) of the Investment Firms Directive.
