(1) The title of these regulations is the Investment Services

Act (UCITS Administrative Penalties, Measures and Investigatory Powers) Regulations.

(2) The objective of these regulations is to transpose Articles 99(6)(e), (f) and (g) and Articles 99a, 99b, 99c and 99d of the UCITS Directive.
