Investors, shall also comply with regulations 30 to 36:

Provided that, for the purposes of this Part, reference in regulations 30 to 36 to "AIFM" and "AIF" shall be construed to refer to the "fund manager or management company" and the

"Professional Investor Fund marketed to Experienced Investors" respectively.
