S.L. 370.32 Art. 16Appointmentofthe depositary.

(1) The UCITS management company shall ensure that a single depositary is appointed for each UCITS it manages.

(2) Where the scheme is a self-managed UCITS, it shall ensure that a depositary is appointed.
