S.L. 370.32 Art. 12Scheme enjoys right of ownership in assets.

(1) The scheme whose assets are held by a depositary enjoys a right of ownership in such assets notwithstanding that they may be registered in the name and title of or are otherwise vested in the depositary.

(2) The records, accounts and other statements held or issued by the depositary shall, saving any proof to the contrary, constitute evidence of their contents and of the right of ownership of the scheme as provided in terms of sub-regulation (1).
