S.L. 370.27 Art. 6Powers of the competent authority.

The competent authority shall supervise compliance with the requirements prescribed in the EU Regulation by Maltese managers of qualifying social entrepreneurship funds and by European managers of qualifying social entrepreneurship funds marketing their funds in Malta.
