Where a Maltese management company duly licensed proposes, without establishing a branch, only to market the units of

Maltese or European UCITS it manages in a Member State or EEA

State different from the UCITS home Member State or EEA State, such marketing shall be subject only to the requirements prescribed in the Investment Services Act (Marketing of UCITS of UCITS) Regulations, 2011.
