S.L. 370.16 Art. 22Inapplicability of the Civil Code. Cap.16.
(1) The provisions of Title V of Part I of Book Second of the Civil Code shall not apply to property held in a contractual fund.
(2) The provisions of Title III of the Second Schedule to the Civil Code shall not apply to contractual funds.
