S.L. 368.2 Art. 23Suspension of passengertransport vehicle licence.

Any motor vehicle licensed for the transport of passengers against hire or reward may be suspended if any alteration whatsoever, made in any form, is carried out on any vehicle engaged in passenger transport for hire or reward without the approval of the Authority: Provided that in special cases and in special circumstances the Authority may depart from this provision.
