S.L. 368.2 Art. 19Renewal or transfer of licence.

Where any person applies for the renewal of, or for the transfer of any licence in respect of a motor vehicle, he shall give, if so requested by the Authority, such details as to the motor vehicle as shall be contained in a form supplied to him for the purpose by the said Authority.
