S.L. 365.13 Art. 4Exports of military equipment.

(1) Subject to the provisions of these regulations no person shall make any export of items specified in the First Schedule, to any destination except under and in accordance with an authorization as specified in regulation 3.

(2) These regulations apply also to items in transit.
