S.L. 364.11 Art. 4Deed of adjustment.

An adjustment to the original value shall be made by means of a public deed and notice of the adjustment shall be given to the Commissioner by the notary who receives the deed of adjustment by not later than the 30th June, 2005 together with a certified copy of the deed by means of which the original declaration had been made.
