S.L. 363.89 Art. 3Regulatory authority licences renewal. Cap. 441.

(1) The Minister has directed that Councils shall be delegated the function to collect on behalf of the regulatory authority payment for the renewal of licences pertaining to the regulatory authority leviable under the Trading Licences Act.

(2) The licences fees mentioned in subarticle (1) shall be paid to the Council of the locality where the relative licence is registered.
