(1) The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of Function to Local Councils) (Commercial Activities Regulation) Order.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st January, 2002

and shall have effect in respect of licences that need to be paid on or after the 1st January, 2002 issued by the competent authorities as established in the Trading Licences Act.
