S.L. 363.86 Art. 6Penalties and fines.

Any person who is in breach of any of the provisions of these regulations shall be guilty of a contravention and shall be liable, if found guilty, unless a higher penalty is applicable under any other law:

(a) for the first contravention, to a fine (ammenda) of twenty-three euro and twenty-nine cents (23.29);
