S.L. 363.83 Art. 4Penalties.

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply to any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws shall be guilty of a contravention and shall be liable, if found guilty, unless a higher penalty is applicable under any other law:

(a) for the first contravention to a fine (ammenda) of forty-six euro and fifty-nine cents (€46.59);

(b) for the second or subsequent contravention, to a fine (ammenda) of sixty-nine euro and eighty-eight cents (€69.88); and

(c) in the case of a continuing contravention, to a fine (ammenda) of eleven euro and sixty-five cents (€11.65) for every day during which the contravention continues.
